In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Deepti Sharma moderated a panel at Ascent: Our Heritage, Our Power, an all-day AAPI leadership summit held at Lincoln Center in New York City. Hosted by Council Member Shekar Krishnan and Council Member Linda Lee, the summit brought together leaders across government, corporate, legal, nonprofit, and creative sectors to explore civic engagement, representation, and the future of Asian American leadership in NYC.
